Digital Twin

(example)

A digital twin is a virtual representation that serves as the real-time digital counterpart of a physical object or process. Companies that use our digital twins can offer a great amount of business potential by predicting the future instead of analyzing the past of the manufacturing process. Or even more simplistic, a digital twin can help construction company firms understand how a building is performing in real-time, which allows them to tweak performance to optimize efficiency. And finally, any object that is already available can be scanned for a digital twin to preserve the history or used to overlay onto new site designs.

3D Modeling

(example)

3D modeling can be simply defined as the process of creating a three-dimensional digital visual representation of an actual object using specialized computer software. Think of it as realistic drawing, but with much more complexity involved, because you can incorporate real-time data into the model and interact with the object using a computer. Just like a physical model, the object can be rotated, flipped, exploded, or manipulated in all sorts of ways on the screen. 3Dsquare uses different software and hardware to develop 3D models that can be created through several different procedures. We use scanning techniques utilizing drones and handheld devices to produce 3D meshes. These allow us to produce texture mapping which help create more refined details on the surfaces of the models. To make every model as realistic and interactive as possible, it must be based on a collection of data points.
